This project will require on-site usability testing in the Miami, FL area. Your task will be to identify and address usability issues affecting Tagalog-speaking users who are 65+.

We are a leader in medical tech, offering digital screening tools that enable clinicians to assess cognitive functions as easily as any other vital sign. We aim to increase cognitive assessments, facilitate early intervention, improve access to treatment options, and educate patients.
This is a short-term contract project (with the possibility of future collaborations) for a Tagalog-speaking UX Researcher.
The Designer will be responsible for:
- Optimizing our UX and UX writing for users who are 65+ with Tagalog as a first language and little or no formal education
- Recruiting 10+ people in that target demographic to test with in-person
- Conducting usability testing, on-site, in the Miami, Florida area
- Synthesizing the results and identifying problems and providing action items
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Tagalog and English
- Portfolio demonstrating UX research and design thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Connection with Spanish-speaking communities locally is a plus
