Job Overview

Resource Linked is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic retail team for garment alterations, fittings, and customization services in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out clothing modifications, including length adjustments, resizing, repairs, fitting improvements, and garment restoration.
• Enhance apparel through personalized design services such as embroidery, decorative patches, rivets, and other custom embellishments.
• Assess customer fit requirements by taking precise body measurements and providing expert alteration recommendations.
• Deliver a high standard of customer care by offering professional assistance and creating a positive service experience.
• Organize and manage alteration requests, bookings, and delivery timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with in-store sales and customer engagement whenever tailoring assignments are completed or workload permits.
• Maintain tailoring tools and machinery in proper working condition while keeping the work area neat, safe, and well-organized.
• Coordinate closely with store leadership and sales associates to support efficient daily operations and meet customer expectations.
