Duties and Responsibilities of a Tailor cum Designer (Simplified):

1. Take Accurate Measurements

2. Design Clothes

• Create new clothing styles and sketch designs.

3. Cut and Sew Fabrics

4. Alter and Repair Garments

• Make changes to clothes for better fit or style; fix damaged garments.

5. Select Materials

• Choose suitable fabrics, colors, and accessories for each design.

6. Conduct Fittings

• Try garments on customers and make adjustments if needed.

7. Finish Garments Neatly

8. Advise Customers

• Suggest styles and designs that suit the customer’s body and preferences.

9. Keep Up with Fashion Trends

• Stay updated on the latest styles and fashion ideas.

10. Maintain Tools and Work Area

• Keep sewing machines, tools, and workspace clean and in good condition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
