Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Takaful Consultant, located in Karāchi. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, providing information about the various Takaful products offered by EFU Life Assurance, and assisting clients in selecting suitable plans. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their financial needs, offering tailored Takaful solutions, handling queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining client records, staying updated on industry trends and compliance requirements, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
• Knowledge and understanding of Takaful products and services
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate Takaful solutions
• Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques
• Customer service orientation, with the ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach
