Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Takaful Consultant role located in Karachi. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for identifying client financial needs and providing tailored Takaful solutions to meet those needs. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, explaining Takaful concepts effectively, and providing customer support throughout the policy lifecycle. The role may also involve participating in sales meetings, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on new Takaful products and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet targets
• Basic knowledge of financial planning and insurance concepts
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Educational background in business, finance, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an advantage
