Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Takaful Consultant located in Karachi. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for understanding clients' financial needs and providing ethical and Sharia-compliant insurance solutions. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, conducting financial needs analyses, offering tailored financial plans, and consistently meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include follow-up calls, policy management, and attending team meetings to discuss strategies and product updates.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship-building skills
• Sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
• Ability to understand financial products, perform needs assessments, and provide tailored solutions
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with Takaful or financial services industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in basic business tools like Microsoft Office Suite
• Commitment to following ethical practices and compliance standards
