Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our rapid growth by hiring high-quality sales talent across levels. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their HR/recruitment career who is eager to learn end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (Inside and Field Sales)
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Support employer branding and hiring drives as required

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong interest in TA can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, result-oriented, and comfortable with bulk/target-based hiring
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Basic understanding of sales roles is a plus

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
