The successful candidate will be able to:

Work closely with hiring authorities and the Human Resource team to develop a strategic recruitment strategy for open requisitions.

The position will support Physician, Nursing, Clinical, and Non-Clinical positions.

Manage a high volume of requisitions and is easily able to adjust from “high touch” to “high volume” recruitment strategies, and best practices depending on the situation.

Remain active in the community, developing partnerships with local organizations, colleges, trade schools and conducts monthly open-house events for his/her assigned functional areas

Recruit and source using a variety of tools to include internal database, Indeed, LinkedIn, coordinate Open House events, etc.

Maintain a pipeline of candidates at the ready, balancing the needs of “pipelining” vs. “just in time” recruiting methods.

Maintain high levels of productivity and a good understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Close offers and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding process.

Maintain exceptional data integrity in applicant tracking system.

Perform any and all other duties as assigned.
