As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for...


  • Non-IT Recruitment role
  • Focusing on GM level and above hiring
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans
  • Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment function, ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring across all business units and geographies
  • Ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, fostering engagement and strong stakeholder relationships
  • Calibration discussions
  • Presenting regular hiring insights and progress reports to senior leadership, highlighting performance, challenges, and market intelligence.


What you already have...


  • Blend of consulting and corporate recruitment experience preferred
  • Experience with multiple clients or business units (e.g., from firms like Korn Ferry, etc.)
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard creation
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors (ATS) is an advantage
  • Clear and concise communication style
