Position Summary
The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition is instrumental in our entire recruiting process and represents the McDonald’s brand and values. This role supports Recruiters to deliver exceptional experience to both internal and external candidates as well as our internal customers.
Responsibilities
• Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and sending calendar invites
• Arrange interviews and assessments, including scheduling across time zones with both candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate and manage logistics for in-person interviews and relocation cases, including travel/ accommodations
• Maintain and update candidate status in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database
• Collaborating with other coordinators, recruiters, and delivery teams on process improvement
• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on internal & external platforms
• Liaising with business partners and TA to drive the hiring process and adhere to SLAs
• Providing general administrative support to the Talent Attraction Team
• Creating strong partnerships within the TA team as well as global stakeholders
• Participating in various HR Projects on an as-needed basis
Experience
• Overall experience between 1-2 years in TA coordination and interview scheduling
• Strong in MS Office with an ability to use PPT & Excel for presenting and reporting
• Must be flexible to work in 12pm - 9pm or 2pm - 11 pm IST shifts
• SuccessFactors experience will be an added advantage
Qualifications
• Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Previous high-volume scheduling experience strongly preferred
• Ability to be flexible and creative while problem solving
• Quality driven in all stakeholder communications and system transactions
• Maintain highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Multicultural awareness and sensitivity
