Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring- Technical

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.
  • Work with Department head to understand job requirements and create clear job descriptions.
  • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with interview panels.
  • Facilitate offer discussions, negotiate compensation, and close selected candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth on boarding experience for new hires.

2. Talent Sourcing

  • Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, internal databases) to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and market mapping.

Experience with ENGINEERING PROJECTS OR SERVICE BASED organization with BULK, MASS hiring will be the added advantage.
