Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across operations, sales, marketing, and technology. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordination, and supporting hiring managers to close positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment reports
• Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination
• Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Basic Excel and documentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
