Talent Acquisition Executive

Cogent Labs is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive for its Lahore office.

Role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will own the end-to-end recruitment process - from role definition and sourcing to offer management and pre-onboarding. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, department leads, and the HR team to fill roles efficiently and within defined timelines. You’ll also leverage AI tools and automation to keep our hiring process modern, data-driven, and candidate-friendly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience in a services-based software house
  • Proven ability to manage multiple current roles under tight timelines
  • Prior experience with ATS platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication - professional, empathetic, and responsive
  • Excellent stakeholder management with hiring managers, leadership, and candidates
  • Ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics to drive data-backed decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with salary benchmarking and market compensation data
  • Background in employer branding and proactive headhunting
  • Exposure to structured interview design and evaluation frameworks

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule syncs with hiring managers to define role requirements, expectations, and timelines
  • Draft compelling job descriptions using AI tools and post on HireStream, LinkedIn, and Indeed
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive headhunting
  • Conduct structured phone screenings to assess skills, communication, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate all interviews via HireStream and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Collect interviewer feedback within 24–48 hours and run weekly syncs to refine evaluation standards
  • Manage pre-screening assignments and oversee technical rounds + HR culture fit interviews
  • Close assigned roles within a 3-week timeline while maintaining a high hiring quality bar
  • Maintain all records on HireStream, ClickUp, and Google Sheets - clean, current, and audit-ready

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
