We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Talent Acquisition professional who will take complete ownership of the end-to-end hiring process. The role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic workforce planning alignment, data-driven decision-making, and expertise in managing senior and leadership hiring.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing hiring strategies, managing the ATS (Greenhouse), driving process excellence, and ensuring a premium candidate experience.

Experience: 5 to 7 year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR & leadership team to understand hiring forecasts and workforce planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle using Greenhouse (ATS) or similar tools

  • Conduct stakeholder intake meetings and align on role scope, competencies & budgets

  • Drive sourcing strategy (LinkedIn, portals, referrals, niche hiring & vendor coordination)

  • Conduct screening for critical & leadership roles

  • Lead offer discussions, salary benchmarking & negotiations till closure

  • Track hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, pipeline aging)

  • Ensure structured interview process and premium candidate experience

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Experience in handling senior/leadership hiring

  • Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills

  • Hands-on experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred)

  • Data-driven mindset with focus on quality & closure

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Preferably local candidates only
