We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition/HR Administrator in Riverside! As part of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401k, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.

General Responsibility:

Talent Acquisition is responsible for actively supporting day-to-day recruiting efforts during the attraction, selection, and post-offer phases for candidates. Talent Acquisition will have the opportunity to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders including talent acquisition partners, hiring managers, and candidates and external vendors. Under the HR Administrator role, the Human Resources Administrator supports a broad range of HR functions such as pre-hire processes, drug screening, running background checks, processing clinic drug screening invoices, and special projects.

Significant Duties:

  • Build relationships with hiring managers throughout the organization
  • Collaborate with General Managers to identify hiring needs for each division
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.
  • Assist with creating and implementing employment marketing strategies
  • Fill job orders in a timely manner
  • Assist with employee survey to determine job satisfaction
  • Assist with tracking and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Accurately maintain recruiting files
  • Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Oversee recruitment referral log, approve payout or referral in accordance with company policy.
  • Handles employment-related inquires from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff member.
  • Responsible for the pre-hire process of new candidates.
  • Responsible to assign and coordinating new candidates appointments for drug screening. And processes clinic invoices.
  • Responsible to run background checks for new hires.
  • Promote 20/20 safety culture by increasing safety awareness and attitude
  • Excellent time and task management, ability to multitask.
  • Other duties and projects assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required,
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of construction talent acquisition preferred, recruiting for office and blue collar positions.
  • Two years of HR Assistance experience, preferably knowledge in construction practices and procedures.
  • Must maintain confidentiality in all matters related to position.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish
  • Skilled in on-line recruiting, including Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and Social Media platforms
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • A forward thinking, perceptive individual, capable of influencing others and effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of the Company.
  • Excellent customer service skills and team oriented.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to prioritize/multi-task and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Flexibility, adaptability and ability to shift priorities based on the organizations’ needs.
  • Self-motivated and able to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions, take ownership/accountability and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Integrity, professionalism, discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality essential.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint ability to collaborate at all levels
  • Flexibility to travel as needed

Physical Requirements: The position of Talent Acquisition/HR Administrator requires that you are able to lift objects that weigh up to 15 pounds, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and work above head and below waist. Ability to sit long periods, stand, walk, climb stairs and use of hands, fingers, wrist, and arms. Exposed to occasional work in outdoor weather conditions. Occasional driving to jobsites may be necessary, and the ability to walk on uneven unclean terrain for several hours.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
