Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist ( RECRUITMENT FOCUSED )

Job Purpose

To manage the end-to-end recruitment process as the primary responsibility, while also supporting basic HR operations to ensure smooth day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Understand hiring requirements from departments
  • Post job ads on job portals and social platforms
  • Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and database
  • Ensure timely hiring to avoid operational gaps
  • Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates
  • Coordinate joining and onboarding process

HR Operations (Secondary Support)

  • Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
  • Support attendance and leave tracking
  • Assist in HR reports and basic data management
  • Coordinate with PRO / Admin for visa and documentation (if applicable)
  • Support employee queries when required

  • Strong recruitment and sourcing skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
  • Problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Good organizational and documentation skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR (major focus on recruitment)
  • Experience in GCC / Oman is
