Job Purpose
To manage the end-to-end recruitment process as the primary responsibility, while also supporting basic HR operations to ensure smooth day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand hiring requirements from departments
- Post job ads on job portals and social platforms
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds
- Maintain candidate pipeline and database
- Ensure timely hiring to avoid operational gaps
- Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates
- Coordinate joining and onboarding process
HR Operations (Secondary Support)
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Support attendance and leave tracking
- Assist in HR reports and basic data management
- Coordinate with PRO / Admin for visa and documentation (if applicable)
- Support employee queries when required

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR (major focus on recruitment)
- Experience in GCC / Oman is
