ᴧ Sourcing, Posting, screening, attracting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for available positions in the organization.

ᴧ Coordination with professional recruitment agencies for Permanent and Temporary staffing

ᴧ Coordination with Overseas Recruitment agencies when it’s required.

ᴧ Creation and updating of Job Description

ᴧ Job Analyzation with Hiring Managers

ᴧ Schedule interviews

ᴧ Update interview summary

ᴧ Preparation of offer letter and coordination with candidates

ᴧ Email Rejection to Non-selected candidates

ᴧ Managing Onboarding process

ᴧ Joining formalities with welcome aboard email.

ᴧ CV bank Creation for all relevant positions for Bayara

ᴧ Coordination with PR team for relevant activities

ᴧ Induction – Arranging, follow up, collection, filing etc.

ᴧ Managing the invoices

ᴧ Reports

Any Other Duties assigned by the mgt.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
