As a Talent Acquisition Interview Specialist, you will play a critical role in evaluating candidates across a variety of roles and experience levels. You’ll partner closely with hiring teams to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant hiring practices while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Note: This role is remote within the United States; however, candidates must reside outside of the following states: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and South Carolina. Additional location restrictions may apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct structured and behavioral interviews across multiple job functions and levels, ensuring consistency and professionalism
  • Assess candidate qualifications using standardized criteria, competency models, and role-specific requirements
  • Document interview outcomes clearly, delivering objective evaluations and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers to support efficient and compliant hiring decisions
  • Uphold confidentiality standards while providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the interview process

Our Ideal Candidate Has

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field (education/experience combination accepted)
  • Strong expertise in behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques
  • Ability to evaluate candidates objectively and make well-supported hiring recommendations
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices (e.g., EEOC compliance)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment
