Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Assist in the development of objectives and KPIs for the Talent Acquisition Function in line with the Human Resources & Administration Department’s strategic goals and ensure that the function’s employees are working towards the achievement of these objectives.
  • Review the operating results of the Talent Acquisition Function and follow-up to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results.
  • Assist in the development of the Talent Acquisition Function’s annual budget in conjunction with the Senior Manager – Human Resources Operations and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
  • Develop and ensure implementation of the Talent Acquisition Function policies and procedures and follow up their implementation in order to achieve the function‘s objectives.
  • Manage the development and execution of the annual human resources planning (manpower planning) process and budgets for the achievement of the company’s strategic and financial goals.
  • Ensure identification of immediate and long-term manpower requirements and vacancies across the organization, including need for development of recruitment programs to ensure alignment of organizational needs to manpower plans.
  • Manage the recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, job offers, employment contracts, new employee orientation and probationary period while ensuring that all activities of the Talent Acquisition Function are in-line with the set recruitment plan and budget.
  • Ensure the development of an efficiently categorized database of potential candidates (talent pool) as well as rejected candidates to meet future recruitment needs and for easy retrieval of important information in the future.
  • Conduct interviews with Executive/ Managerial Level candidates and provide advice to the top management accordingly.
  • Manage the posting of all job vacancies/openings using a variety of recruitment channels and monitor their success in terms of responsiveness, quality and costs and ensure implementation of cost efficient recruitment methodologies at all times.
  • Ensure the timely conduction of reference and background checks for all applicants to ensure that all necessary information is gathered pertaining to the applicant prior to hiring.
  • Ensure that all new joiners are provided with an efficient orientation program in order to assist them in adapting to the company's culture, working conditions, policies and procedures, etc.
  • Review the Induction pack developed by the Talent Acquisition Officer in coordination with the Marketing Department and ensure that all induction related material/resources are covered in the induction pack including employee handbook, health and safety procedures as well job specific helping material, etc.
  • Prepare reports such as turnover reports, employee issue reports, manpower mapping reports as required by the Senior Manager – Human Resources Operations.
  • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
  • Contribute to conducting the annual employee performance appraisals for the team.
  • Ensure training & development services are successfully and meaningfully being delivered to section employees, and provide feedback to the management.
  • Delegate some responsibilities to appropriate subordinates in order to ensure a smooth flow of the Talent Acquisition Function.
