Talent Acquisition Manager

I'm partnering with a growing and highly respected New England real estate and property management organization that is seeking a Recruiter & HR Lead to build and elevate its talent acquisition function while helping establish the foundation for a broader HR department.

This is a newly created position driven by growth. Leadership has recognized that attracting and retaining top talent is critical to the company's long-term success and is looking for someone who can create a proactive recruiting strategy rather than simply react to open positions. The ideal candidate will be a talent acquisition professional who enjoys building relationships, developing candidate pipelines, improving processes, and partnering closely with business leaders.

Initially, this role will focus heavily on recruitment and workforce planning, with the opportunity to take ownership of additional HR responsibilities as the organization continues to grow.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates across multiple functional areas

• Partner closely with executives, hiring managers, and department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies

• Develop creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent in competitive markets

• Own and improve hiring workflows, interview processes, and candidate experience initiatives

• Manage applicant tracking systems, recruiting metrics, and hiring reports

• Support employee onboarding and integration efforts to ensure successful transitions into the organization

• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and recruiting compliance processes

• Create scalable recruiting systems and processes that support organizational growth


Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience

• Demonstrated success recruiting for property management, construction, maintenance, field services, real estate, or related industries

• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates

• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple job functions and organizational levels

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems; JazzHR experience is a plus

• Proven ability to work independently and build recruiting processes from the ground up
