We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager – IT Hiring to lead end-to-end technology recruitment and manage a team of recruiters.
This is a leadership role requiring strong technical hiring expertise and team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT recruitment (Developers, QA, DevOps, AI, Product, etc.)
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters
- Partner with Tech Leads & Delivery Heads for hiring strategy
- Drive TAT, quality hiring & offer closures
- Improve offer-to-joining ratio
- Monitor recruiter performance & ensure target achievement
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche technical roles
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of IT recruitment experience
- Proven experience in handling and mentoring a recruitment team
- Strong understanding of technical skillsets
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
