Talent Acquisition Manager – IT Hiring

We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager – IT Hiring to lead end-to-end technology recruitment and manage a team of recruiters.

This is a leadership role requiring strong technical hiring expertise and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end IT recruitment (Developers, QA, DevOps, AI, Product, etc.)
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters
  • Partner with Tech Leads & Delivery Heads for hiring strategy
  • Drive TAT, quality hiring & offer closures
  • Improve offer-to-joining ratio
  • Monitor recruiter performance & ensure target achievement
  • Build strong talent pipelines for niche technical roles

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT recruitment experience
  • Proven experience in handling and mentoring a recruitment team
  • Strong understanding of technical skillsets
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
