Talent Acquisition Manager – Non IT Hiring

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager – Non-IT Hiring to lead corporate and operational hiring functions and manage a recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Non-IT hiring (HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounts, Admin, etc.)
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters
• Work closely with department heads for manpower planning
• Ensure hiring targets and timelines are met
• Improve hiring quality & retention
• Maintain recruitment MIS & reporting

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of Non-IT recruitment experience
• Proven team handling experience
• Strong coordination & stakeholder management skills
• Target-driven and process-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
