Key Responsibilities
- Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate experience.
- Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring alignment with job descriptions and organizational branding.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
- Support recruitment events such as job fairs and open days.
- Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates based on job criteria.
- Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference verifications and background screenings.
- Assist in preparing and issuing job offers and employment contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and diversity hiring practices.
- Adjust recruitment strategies and documentation to align with evolving labor regulations and organizational needs.
- Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
- Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIR) is preferred.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Effective communication and relationship management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate documentation.
- Time-management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance standards.
- Data analysis skills for recruitment reporting and KPIs.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
