About the roleWe're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Sonder's P&C team. You'll work closely with leaders across all areas of the organisation - from Product & Technology, to Member Support, Go-to-Market, and Corporate teams - to ensure we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent who thrive in our high-performance, values-driven culture.
This role sits within our People team and partners directly with hiring managers at all levels. You'll be hands-on with recruitment delivery while also developing and contributing to talent projects such as improving efficiency, strengthening our EVP, building hiring manager capability, and experimenting with AI tools to enhance sourcing and candidate experience
