• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS or tech environments

• Strong experience hiring Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions

• Proven sourcing and stakeholder management skills

• Experience leveraging AI recruiting tools and modern sourcing techniques
