Talent Acquisition Partner – Physical Therapy

Overview:
In this role, you will partner with operational and clinic leaders as a strategic Talent Advisor, supporting high-volume, high-impact hiring for Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists across assigned markets. You will use a structured, performance-based hiring approach and data-informed recruiting practices to align talent strategy to business goals and deliver consistent hiring outcomes.

You'll be supported by a modern, advanced TA tech stack designed to enable proactive sourcing, targeted candidate engagement, strategic pipelining, data driven decisions, and more.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders as a trusted Talent Advisor, aligning hiring strategy to business goals across assigned markets.
  • Apply a structured, performance based hiring approach to define success outcomes and elevate hiring conversations.
  • Drive full-cycle recruiting for Physical and Occupational Therapy positions, from first alignment through offer acceptance.
  • Proactively source and engage talent using outbound outreach, market mapping, referrals, rediscovery, and CRM engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines to support consistent hiring throughout the year.
  • Ensure a superior candidate experience, navigating candidates through the process and providing timely feedback.
  • Navigate state licensure considerations, market dynamics, and competitive compensation conversations.
  • Maintain disciplined ATS practices to ensure accurate reporting, visibility, and forecasting.
Qualifications:
  • At least five years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition
  • At least one year of experience recruiting Physical Therapists
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting for hard-to-fill, licensed clinical roles
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills—you don’t wait for applicants
  • Ability to manage multiple openings across different locations and markets
  • Comfort working in a metrics-driven, partnership-oriented TA function
  • ATS proficiency and strong attention to detail
  • iCIMS ATS experience preferred
