Job Title : Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates through job portal, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment processes
• Ability to assess candidate suitability
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals
• Ability to work independently and in a team
