Tasks

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates for various roles within the building construction industry.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria.

  • Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific databases.

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the building construction industry.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
