Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations Manager
125-140,000 and Bonus
A rapidly growing professional advisory organization is seeking a senior recruiting leader to oversee enterprise-wide hiring strategy and execution. This individual will lead efforts to strengthen talent pipelines, improve recruiting operations, and build scalable sourcing strategies across multiple business functions. The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution in a high-performance, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across professional, operational, and leadership-level positions

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines

Manager a small team of talent acquisition professionals

Improve recruiting both regionally and nationally processes, reporting, and overall hiring effectiveness

Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to align hiring strategy with business objectives

Oversee recruiting coordination activities and provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to team members
-
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and conversion performance

Implement scalable systems, tools, and best practices to support long-term growth
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree required
-
8+ years of recruiting experience within professional services, consulting, finance, accounting, or related industries

Ideally, this person will have an accounting, finance, and/or audit foundation
-
Proven success recruiting for leadership, advisory, business development, and operational roles
-
Experience building and scaling recruiting functions and direct sourcing capabilities
Other Desired Qualities:

Strong understanding of recruiting analytics, pipeline management, and process improvement

Demonstrated leadership ability with experience mentoring and developing recruiting teams

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

Experience using Workday

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high expectations

Willingness to travel periodically as needed
Working Situation:
This is an in person on site 5 days a week position with some flexibility.
