Core Responsibilities Of Our Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Specialist

Lead full-cycle recruitment, sourcing and selecting candidates who align with both job requirements and organizational culture.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, serving as a trusted partner throughout the hiring process.

Develop and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community engagement.

Deliver a positive candidate experience while managing interview coordination, tracking progress, and supporting seamless transition to onboarding.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred and/or 2 plus years’ experience.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Demonstrated ability to build warm talent pipelines through networking, sourcing, community outreach, and proactive candidate engagement.

Ability to assess both technical qualifications and cultural alignment throughout the hiring process.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings, priorities, and timelines simultaneously.

2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field preferred.

Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines, track hiring activity, maintain accurate records, and support an organized recruitment process.
