Our Position

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer - 1099 Contractor is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new team members.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in all areas of recruitment, candidate assessment, and onboarding (full cycle) for multiple locations.
  • Create, implement, and manage talent acquisition processes to ensure candidates have a positive experience regardless of the outcome.
  • Strategize and work with the HR team to develop efficient and effective onboarding processes.
  • Develop processes to fill high-volume positions and applicant pipelines through collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with multiple internal stakeholders such as senior leaders and all hiring managers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, schools, and colleges.
  • Identify, track, analyze, report and act on data to drive system and hiring manager performance, and the applicant experience.
  • Develop and update job descriptions in partnership with the hiring manager; create job postings accordingly and post them on job boards.
  • Manage the job postings from beginning to end and ensure vacant positions are successfully filled.
  • Review all resumes when received and screen them against job requirements. Forward qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring manager.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and perform initial telephone screenings and thoroughly assess the applicant’s salary expectations, experience, skills, and credentials.
  • Collect feedback from the hiring manager to help push candidates through the hiring process.
  • Partner with the rest of the HR team to propose, participate, and execute HR projects as needed.
  • Providing and performing other projects and duties as assigned.

Our Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, psychology, communications, or relevant years of experience.
  • 2-5+ years of experience required in talent acquisition or relevant experience/roles.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing for candidates, and using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with (ATS software/tools/applications).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication, with emphasis during telephone calls, follow-ups, and correspondence.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to calculate basic math.
  • Must be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check.
  • Must be able to pass company drug screen and/or substance abuse testing.
