Remote | Flexible Hours | $25–$30/hour + Commission

We are a boutique medical recruiting firm specializing in placing top talent in the medical device and healthcare industry — primarily:

• Sales Representatives
• Clinical Specialists
• Field Service Technicians
• (Plus additional healthcare and industry roles as needed)

We’re growing and looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner directly with a Principal Recruiter and Director of Talent Acquisition to help drive our candidate pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations
• Collaborate closely with the founder on search strategy
• Track and organize candidate activity
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing and recruiting processes

What We’re Looking For

• Experience sourcing in medical device, healthcare, or related industries preferred
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Organized, reliable, and responsive
• High integrity and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
