Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, and onboarding.
- Could you collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies?
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, networking, and employee referrals.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, etc.).
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
- Must Have Own Laptop for work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
