Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, and onboarding.
  • Could you collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies?
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, etc.).
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Must have:

  • Must Have Own Laptop for work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
