We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and building a strong employer brand. You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle offer negotiations, reference checks, and pre-joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment data, metrics, and reports for management review.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
