Overview

Takamul Project Management Company (PMC) provides comprehensive Program, Project, Design, and Construction Management services across healthcare, hospitality, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for Takamul's PMC and consultancy projects. This role requires strong knowledge of engineering, construction, and consultancy hiring practices, with a proven ability to fill technical and management positions under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for PMC/consultancy roles (project directors, managers, engineers, QS, HSE, document control, etc.).
  • Partner with department heads and project directors to forecast and fulfill manpower needs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting).
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate assessments.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future projects.
  • Ensure recruitment compliance with Saudi labor laws and Takamul's HR policies.
  • Support Saudization targets and align recruitment with company strategic goals.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, KPIs, and candidate databases.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven recruitment experience in a PMC, consultancy, or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical project management and engineering roles.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment platforms (Bayt, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS systems.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
