Creative Group LLP is a leading consultancy, engineering, and architectural firm known for its innovative and sustainable design solutions. We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting and hiring the best talent.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review resumes and screen candidates to match hiring requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, recruitment strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Implement innovative and effective hiring practices to attract top talent.
  • Develop and manage strong talent pipelines.
  • Draft, update, and manage job descriptions ensuring accuracy and market relevance.
  • Organize and coordinate campus hiring drives and recruitment events.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels – LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirect, Indeed, IIM Jobs, TimesJobs, Employee Referrals, etc.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Prior experience in consultancy, engineering, or architectural firms (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
