About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Talent Acquisition Specialist who can effectively identify, attract, and hire top technology professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing and closing candidates for roles such as developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, QA, data engineers, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
- Understand technical requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role expectations.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, tech communities, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidates on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews, coding tests, and follow-ups with interview panels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent for future hiring needs.
- Use ATS tools to track applications, maintain candidate data, and streamline hiring.
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche skills like AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and microservices.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular hiring status reports and metrics to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of modern technologies, development stacks, and IT roles (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, React, DevOps, AWS/Azure, SAP, Data Engineering).
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, StackOverflow, AngelList, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles at once.
- Experience with technical assessments/interview processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for product, enterprise, or consulting companies.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps tools.
- Understanding of tech trends and IT market demands.

Pay: ₹10,541.55 - ₹40,573.97 per month
