We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management, with the ability to deliver efficient and professional hiring solutions.
Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract suitable candidates.

Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.

Maintain accurate recruitment reports, records, and applicant tracking systems.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay updated with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources in any related field or MBA

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Proven track record of successful placements across multiple functions and levels.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and interview techniques.
