Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility – ~70%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for UAE, South Asia, and Africa regions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower plans and role requirements
  • Source candidates using :LinkedIn Recruiter ,Job portals ,Referrals
  • Industry networks (study abroad ecosystem)
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews across time zones
  • Drive offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate closures
  • Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and recruitment MIS
  • Ensure positive candidate experience and strong employer branding

HR Operations Support (Secondary Responsibility – ~30%)

  • Support onboarding coordination for international hires
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Assist in leave management, basic HR queries, and coordination with payroll
  • Support HR compliance documentation for UAE and South Asia (with guidance from HR Head)
  • Act as HR SPOC for employees in smaller locations

Key Stakeholder Management

  • Business Heads & Country Leads
  • Hiring Managers (Sales, Counselling, Operations)
  • External recruitment partners (if required)
  • HR Leadership team

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Experience hiring for Sales, Counsellors, Operations, Support roles
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
  • Ability to manage multiple geographies and stakeholders
  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in a startup / lean HR setup
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle

Eligibility & Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Prior experience in Study Abroad / EdTech / Education Consulting strongly preferred
  • Experience handling international hiring or multi-location hiring is a plus
  • Exposure to basic HR operations will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,182.99 - ₹60,262.91 per month
