Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle to support Abronn FZE’s operational and strategic workforce requirements. This role requires strong professional judgment, effective stakeholder engagement, and strict adherence to recruitment best practices and UAE labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, operational, and corporate roles
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and direct search
  • Screen applications and conduct structured initial interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements aligned with company branding standards
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and candidate databases
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, Free Zone regulations, and company policies
  • Support offer preparation, onboarding documentation, and joining formalities
  • Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or medical sectors is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
