Role Overview


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who acts as a trusted advisor to the business and takes end-to-end ownership of hiring outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who understands SaaS talent markets , partners deeply with stakeholders, and continuously improves hiring through data, automation, and strong candidate experience .


Key Responsibilities


End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Own the complete talent acquisition life-cycle for roles across technology, product, and business functions, with a strong focus on SaaS and product engineering roles .
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job portals, social platforms, and proactive market mapping.
  • Engage candidates through a consultative approach, positioning Ramco’s vision, products, and culture effectively.


Business & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand capability needs, role expectations, and long-term workforce plans.
  • Act as a strategic hiring advisor , providing insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and market dynamics.
  • Balance speed, quality, and candidate experience while driving predictable hiring outcomes.


ATS, Automation & Process Excellence

  • Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage requisitions, track pipelines, and ensure process rigor.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of hiring practices across the organization.


Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a high-quality, human, and transparent candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to strengthen Ramco’s employer brand across digital and offline channels.
  • Represent Ramco as a brand ambassador in all candidate and external engagements.


Metrics, Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze hiring metrics including time-to-hire, funnel conversion, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire .
  • Use data to identify gaps, improve hiring effectiveness, and share insights with leadership.


Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, internal policies, and ethical hiring standards.
  • Stay current with best practices in SaaS, product, and technology hiring .


Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably within SaaS, product, or technology-driven organizations .


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.


Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms
  • Proven expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and passive talent engagement .
  • Exposure to recruitment automation and data-driven hiring practices is highly desirable.
