As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across multiple departments. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring highly qualified engineers, developers, and other technical professionals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or engineering background only
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on technical roles.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in [specific technologies or industries, e.g., cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, etc.].
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) : (Client ATS or Inhouse ATS)
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to evaluate technical skill sets and conduct technical interviews.
  • Strong understanding of the technical landscape and common programming languages, software development processes, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, system architects, IT specialists, and other technical positions.
  • Sourcing and Screening: Use various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other platforms) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and clear communication.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, understand role requirements, and define candidate profiles.
  • Interviewing and Assessments: Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and coordinate technical interviews. Assist in creating interview guides and conducting skills assessments.
  • Offer Management: Lead offer negotiations, provide insights regarding market compensation trends, and help close candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
