Position: Talent Acquisition Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for staff and labor on a large scale
  • Strong grip on complete hiring cycle (sourcing to joining)
  • Bulk hiring as per business requirements
  • Active sourcing through authentic hiring platforms
  • Managing and using platforms such as Indeed Employer Account, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, referrals, walk-ins, etc.
  • Maintaining candidate database and hiring records
  • Coordination with management for manpower planning

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
  • Strong command over staff & labor hiring
  • Must have access to authentic and active hiring platforms
  • Personal hiring platforms/sources will be a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under hiring targets and deadlines

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (HR / BBA or relevant field preferred)

Experience:
Minimum 3–6 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
