Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening:
  • Identifying and attracting qualified technical candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases.
  • Interviewing and Assessment:
  • Conducting technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Teams:
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define role specifications, and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Offer Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiating job offers and working with candidates to finalize the hiring process.
  • Onboarding and Retention:
  • Supporting new hires through the onboarding process and working to ensure their successful integration into the company.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Tracking key metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Talent Market Insights:
  • Providing insights into the current talent market and emerging trends to inform recruitment strategies.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background:
  • A solid understanding of the technologies and skills required for the roles they are recruiting for.
  • Experience in recruitment:
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring technical candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational and time management skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies:
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.
