The Role
SpeedPrints Global HR is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Ghubrah North office. As a firm specializing in high-velocity hiring for the retail, logistics, and print-media sectors, we need a recruiter who can keep pace with our "speed-to-hire" philosophy. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and placing top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and candidates.
Core Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing to final offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Volume Sourcing: Utilize professional networks, local job boards, and social media to maintain a constant pipeline of candidates for high-demand commercial roles.
- Omanisation Compliance: Actively source and identify Omani talent, ensuring all recruitment activities align with the Sultanate’s nationalization goals and Ministry of Labour regulations.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and background checks, evaluating candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit within our diverse client base.
- Database Management: Maintain high-quality data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate interactions and hiring metrics are accurately logged.
- Client Liaison: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their unique departmental needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment funnel.
Professional Profile
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced agency or high-volume corporate environment.
- Proven experience in the Omani labor market and a strong understanding of local employment laws.
- Excellent proficiency in English; Arabic speaking skills are a significant advantage for coordinating with local authorities and candidates.
- Strong multitasking abilities—the ability to manage 10+ open mandates simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms.
