Job Duties

Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define profiles, and guide hiring decisions

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates

Screen candidates and manage interview coordination

Draft and refine job descriptions to attract the right talent

Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the process

Prepare and extend offers, and support pre-employment steps (background checks, references, etc.)

Lead onboarding activities and support new hire integration

Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS/HRIS

Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency

Support recruiting initiatives such as job fairs, networking events, and new sourcing channels

Partner with external agencies when needed

Contribute to broader HR initiatives as part of the team
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

2–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

Experience supporting hiring in a manufacturing or operational environment is helpful

Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive talent

Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence decisions

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve recruiting performance
