Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Riyadh. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including defining role requirements with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. The role involves conducting structured interviews, assessing candidate fit, and providing timely feedback to stakeholders and applicants. The specialist will support employer branding efforts by promoting the organization’s mission and values through recruitment campaigns, events, and social channels. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate candidate data in recruitment systems, preparing offer letters, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring a fair, inclusive, and efficient hiring experience.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
  • Experience in hiring processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a structured, timely recruitment workflow.
  • Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to use behavioral and competency-based techniques to assess candidates objectively.
  • Ability to contribute to employer branding initiatives, representing the organization professionally across channels and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to fair, unbiased hiring practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR metrics; experience in the social impact or nonprofit sector is a plus.
