Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at TRITORC is responsible for executing the organization’s recruitment strategy by managing the complete hiring lifecycle.
The role ensures that all recruitment activities are conducted professionally, ethically, and in alignment with company policies, manpower plans, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Planning — Support annual and quarterly manpower planning by coordinating with department heads and validating hiring requirements.
- Job Description Management — Prepare, review, and maintain updated job descriptions for all positions.
- Sourcing & Talent Identification — Source qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and targeted headhunting.
- Screening & Evaluation — Conduct resume screening, preliminary interviews, and competency-based assessments.
- Interview Coordination — Schedule interviews, prepare evaluation forms, and ensure timely feedback from interview panels.
- Offer & Negotiation — Prepare salary proposals, negotiate offers within approved guidelines, and issue offer letters.
- Onboarding Facilitation — Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and induction schedules.
- Talent Pipeline Development — Maintain a structured database of potential candidates for critical and recurring roles.
- Recruitment Reporting — Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards, including TAT, source effectiveness, and hiring status.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence — Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labour laws, and audit requirements.
- Employer Branding Support — Assist in initiatives that enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Communication Skills — Professional verbal and written communication.
- Interviewing Skills — Strong ability to conduct structured and behavioral interviews.
- Stakeholder Management — Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and manage expectations.
- Negotiation Skills — Skilled in compensation discussions and offer closures.
- Time Management — Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
- Tech Proficiency — Experience with ATS, HRMS, and recruitment platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment in UAE or India
- Experience in technical, engineering, or corporate hiring is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws is an advantage.
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
