
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) to source and attract qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.

Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job ads across multiple channels.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

Participate in employer branding activities, such as career fairs and social media campaigns.

Prepare recruitment reports and updates for the team.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience is acceptable).

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
