About This Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Specialist works alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to help attract, source, and screen candidates for open positions.
Key Responsibilities

Initiates contact with qualified candidates and provides pre-employment information regarding job requirements, location, benefits, etc. for all temporary staffing needs as well as other entry level/mid-level requisitions.

Reviews employment applications, resumes, and other credentials. Conducts phone screens, in-person interviews, and pre-employment assessments.

Gather feedback from hiring teams to ensure prompt correspondence with candidates.

Extends and negotiates offers of employment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Compensation managers.

Provides guidance and expertise of Recruiting tools (ATS, Interview Guides, etc.) to hiring managers as needed

Sources candidates through a variety of methods (job postings, employee referrals, job fairs, internet searches, public organizations, colleges & universities, networking, job boards, advertisements, etc.).

Maintains frequent contact with candidates during and after the interview to ensure candidates receive timely feedback.
Required Skills/Abilities

BA/BS plus 1-5 years of experience in an HR capacity with a focus on recruitment efforts

Experience working with applicant tracking systems is preferred

HR coordination experience is preferred
The annualized salary range for this role is between $77,000 - $95,000.
